Our Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! the team was welcoming and helpful. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. the air conditioning was amazing, providing a refreshing cool environment throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the complementary Wi-Fi and breakfast, which was a great surprise.

That the spa bath fittings could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but it didn't stop us from enjoying a relaxing soak. it was an excellent experience - we will definitely be coming back again!

Secondly, the bathroom facilities were excellent, with a spa bath that was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Lastly, breakfast was included in the price, which was a great value for money. I found this hotel to be a great choice for my stay.

The owner of the hotel gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment we stayed in was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was a great relief after a long journey. Additionally, they provided fresh milk upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch.

Although the database reviews mentioned some drawbacks such as a weak wifi signal, a lack of hooks in the bathroom, and a dirty shower curtain, these did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay. They were minor inconveniences that could easily be addressed.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing me to have a late check-out without any additional charge. The room was clean and had many great features such as electric blankets, SKY TV channels, and a fantastic kitchenette with a hob, fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. I also appreciated the ample parking space and the close proximity to shopping centers and the mall.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high and disruptive. We were on the top floor and could hear the building creaking loudly.
